How do I get my book after paying?
Right after payment, the success page shows a download button for each file, and you get the same links by email within a minute. Links last 7 days. If yours expired, email bonjour@learn2french.com and you get fresh ones the same day.
I didn't get the email.
Check spam and Promotions first. Then email bonjour@learn2french.com from the address you used at checkout and I'll resend it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Stripe may show the price in your local currency. Your card is never seen or stored by us.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?
Stripe emails a receipt. If you need an invoice with your company details, reply to it with the details and I'll send one.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Books and the playbook: 14 days. SusurFlow: 30 days. Subscriptions: cancel any time; the first month of a Fluency Circle is refundable within 7 days if the schedule doesn't work for you. Full details on the refund page.
How do I cancel Le French Club or a Fluency Circle?
Use the "manage or cancel" link in your welcome email, or reply to any email from me. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens when a circle is full?
The page shows a waitlist form. You'll be the first to know when a seat opens or a new circle starts. Nothing is charged until then.
How does the SusurFlow licence work?
You get a licence key on the success page and by email. Paste it in SusurFlow → Preferences → Licence. It is checked on your Mac, offline, never expires, and dictation never stops because of it. One licence is for one person on their own Macs.
Can I share or resell the PDFs?
They are for you. Print them, use them on all your devices, but please don't share the files or post them online. Teachers who want to use them with a class: email me, I'm happy to arrange it.
Do the books get updated?
Yes. When a book is updated, buyers can ask for the new version free.
