Refund policy

Short version: if something isn't right, email bonjour@learn2french.com and you get your money back. No forms, no questions.

What you bought	Refund
Books, bundle, playbook (PDF)	Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
SusurFlow (Mac app)	Full refund within 30 days. Your licence key is deactivated.
Le French Club (monthly)	Cancel any time; no further charges. The current month is not prorated, except within 7 days of your first payment, which is refunded on request.
Fluency Circle (monthly)	Cancel any time. Your first month is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying (for example if the schedule doesn't suit you).

How to ask

Reply to your receipt or email bonjour@learn2french.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights; it never takes any away. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because files and licences are delivered immediately, that right normally ends when the download starts, but we give the 14-day (or longer) refund anyway. Consumers in Thailand and elsewhere keep every right their local consumer law gives them.
