Who we are

The shop is run by Learn2Global LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, trading as Learn2French. Contact: bonjour@learn2french.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each page in euros or US dollars. Stripe may display an equivalent in your currency. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you confirm.

Digital books and the playbook

You get a personal licence to download, print and use the files on your own devices. You may not share, resell or publish them. Delivery is immediate: download links on the success page and by email, valid 7 days and renewable on request.

SusurFlow

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use SusurFlow on Macs you own or use. The software is provided as is, with reasonable support by email. Updates within version 1.x are included.

Subscriptions (Le French Club, Fluency Circle)

Subscriptions renew every month on the date you joined until you cancel. Cancel any time from your welcome email's link or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the paid month. A founders price stays yours for as long as your subscription stays active. If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. Calls may occasionally move; we give notice and offer an alternative date.

Refunds

See the refund policy. It adds to your legal rights and never removes them.

Our responsibility

We do our best for the materials and sessions to be accurate and useful, but learning results depend on you, and we can't guarantee a level or exam result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can go to your local courts.
